TRAVELBOOK, Germany’s largest online travel magazine, awarded six destinations with the TRAVELBOOK AWARD at Germany’s largest travel industry award event on September 15, 2022. A look back at the memorable evening:
The first TRAVELBOOK AWARD ceremony is over! The winners in the categories Best City Destination, Best Long-Haul Destination, Best Region for a Beach Vacation, Best Region for a Winter Vacation, Destination with the Best World Cuisine, and the Audience Vote for Most Desired Destination received their awards at an evening event in Frankfurt am Main attended by more than 80 guests.
So who won? The winners of the first TRAVELBOOK AWARD were Lisbon (Best City Destination), Costa Rica (Best Long-Haul Destination), Spain (Best Region for a Beach Vacation), Norway (Best Region for a Winter Vacation), Thailand (Destination with the Best World Cuisine), and Bora Bora (Audience Vote: Most Desired Destination).
