How Does Flight Deals Work?
According to Google, Flight Deals, known as Flugangebote in Germany, is designed for travelers who are flexible and want to save money on travel. You no longer need to know your destination in advance; you can leave that to the AI of Flight Deals. The unique aspect is that you don’t have to enter or know the exact destination beforehand. Instead, you can describe your next vacation to Flight Deals as if you were telling a friend.

According to Google, it might look something like this: “a one-week trip this winter to a city with great food, nonstop only” or “a ten-day ski trip to a world-class resort with fresh powder snow.” The AI then searches for suitable offers and, according to the search engine, may even find travel destinations you hadn’t previously considered.
To provide users with suitable travel options, flights, and connections, real-time data from Google Flights is used. It’s a popular tool that allows you to quickly and easily view many different flight connections at a glance.
Now Available in Germany
Flight Deals will be an addition, and Google Flights will continue to be available. Previously, the new feature was only available in the U.S., Canada, and India. If you tried to access the website, you would only see information that Flight Deals or Flugangebote was not yet supported.
But now, the new travel assistant is also accessible in Germany, as well as in Switzerland and Austria. According to Google, it is initially a beta version to continue gathering feedback and exploring how AI can improve travel planning. For optimal results, Google searches flights from more than 300 partners to find the best search results.
