Tapas can be enjoyed not only under the Spanish sun but also at home. One essential dish for any tapas gathering is a potato omelet. We have the recipe and show you how to prepare it easily.

We want to enjoy tapas at home too, so we took on the recipe for Tortilla de Patatas, often referred to as a Spanish omelet. You don’t need many ingredients, but you should set aside some time, as making a tortilla can take a while.

The Tortilla de Patatas is also known as Tortilla Española. It differs from the Tortilla Francesa in that it contains potatoes–and quite a lot of them. Don’t confuse it with the Mexican flatbread.
